Need A Clever Tag Line For The Deal Clinic

Hi! I'm looking for a clever tagline for our blog that we're launching called The Deal Clinic.

This is where folks bring their real estate related problems and others offer advice.

Often times, these are folks who are in over their head with foreclosure problems, tenant problems, etc.

Too cheap to go to a seminar, tried to do it their way and now are facing a lot of financial problems.

Tagline should be clever, in a wise-guy sort of way.

Logo is an icon clipart of a nurse with red lips.

Words that come to mind are:
Contagious
Disease
*Triage*

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

    The large professional medical community will not be one of your clients either with non PC images of their comrades.... time for a FIX?

    (Aside: Phil & Kevin have given you some wise advise based on what you described to help your underlying business idea.)

    A couple of suggestions for taglines:
    * Curing Real Estate Woes
    * Rx For Real Estate Problems

    This is all very good advice and I appreciate it greatly.

    The point here is that everyone is having problems today in real estate, folks who wanted to get rich did stupid things and bought too high.

    Doctors and Dentists are widely known in the financial services industry for being foolish with their money getting into 'deals' and have had their clock cleaned several times.

    In a way, it will be like Jerry Springer-ish, but not so much.

    Stabilize your real estate investments.
