Name For Internal Branding Initiative

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi,

I work in software company. I , with my team, am involved in the internal branding initiative to achieve the following objectives:

1. To align employee understanding and behavior to the promises and values of our brand.

2. To align staff and business processes with the brand identity and values.

Kindly suggest a good/catchy name for this initiative. Thanks in advance

I've worked on a few of these during my career and the names that tend to work the best tend to be both emotive and short and snappy.

One of the best ones we used was "Evolve", it had a double meaning:

    1) The business is evolving
    2) We need to evolve internally to recognise the new brand

Just one idea, but one that should work for you.

Thanks for your reply. 'Evolve' sounds good but there is a HR training program in my organization with the same name, could you please suggest few more ?

Ok, similar names that should be catchy and memorable are:

    "advance"
    "growth"
    "advance"
    "develop"

    Seriously, a small catchy name:

    1. Is better recognised and followed
    2. If easier to use in logos etc

    Good Luck
