*create email templates (e.g., thank you emails) and
*add email addresses, birthdates and other information suitable for sending out emails to clients, maybe set up system to identify clients, who have not been in touch within a certain time frame.
This is for someone, who is not Internet saavy, not a great typist and may need help from family member. Trying to come up with a way that communication to clients does not have to be manually entered every time.
I'm not sure if a site like mail chimp does this.
