How To Generate Leads

Hi all,
I am the Marketing head in a construction company. We are having residential apartments and few commercials. Can anybody please share some unique ideas to generate leads and convert them into booking? we have tried with OOH, e-mailers and print media. There were telephonic inquiries, but walk-ins are considerably low. Can anybody suggest please.

    I'm confused, who is your target market?Are you trying to find people to rent apartments you have already built? Or are you trying to build new apartment buildings?

    Sorry. We build apartments and sell them to prospective buyers. We are builders.

    Do you sell the apartments as a total unit/building, or do you sell individual apartments to individual owner/occupants? It makes a big difference. Where?

    Sounds like you are more than "builders"; you are also real estate developers/agents. So, I would simply follow the standard real estate pathways in your community.

    First, define who would want to buy and can afford to buy your buildings.

    Second, discover where they hang out, what they do for fun, where they live right now, etc.

    Third, go to these places and market to them.

    You are going to have to dig and do some research, test different methods and platforms, and measure results. It may be beneficial to meet with a local real estate broker and pick their brain or hire them to do it for you.
