----looking for the baby boomer---also like working with first time buyers ----specializing in our city.

    You want to "re-engage the buyer/seller?" Were they engaged once before and then defected, or did you go away and now YOU want to re-engage them? Not clear exactly what your situation is or why you feel a need to "rebrand."

    Without that kind of understanding it's going to be hard for us to figure out what kind of tagline will accomplish your objective.

    What unique and important benefit do you promise a prospective client? WHY should they work with you instead of one of the other realtors there? What's in it for them to choose YOU?

    I love stuff like this that means you need to get the emotional spot and practical side of your tagline just right.

    Do a search on here for other Realtors, because it must be one of the most asked questions!

    But here are a few new ideas too :-)

    "Discovering your next Home"
    "The city's Local Realtor"
    "Professional Property Services"
    "Property Experts"
    "The home of homes"


    Just a few ideas without knowing more

    Hi Lorraine, I also live in BC and know that it is a retirement destination, especially people coming from Ontario. Are you in one of the provinces "retirement" communities? Kelowna, Victoria, Parksville, Qualicum, Nanaimo, Courtney, Vernon, ect. You could use this information in your tagline somehow, like:

    "When you want to retire in style"
    "Welcome, You chose the right place"
    "Hello, let me show you around"
    "you need help, come with me"
