Positioning For Hotels In Newer Markets?

i am doing a dissertation on strategic positioning and competitive advantage for hotel. i am a student of hotel management from the university of huddersfield affiliated school in india. kindly help with any models and resources you can refer me to for reference.

    I would contact the major travel sites and compare the different prices, promotions, perks, etc. That will reveal the tactics so you can "reverse engineer" the strategy. Once you see how they compete, you can start to understand why.
