My first take was that I didn't know it was a store within 10 seconds or so. So if I were searching for a product to buy I might leave fast to pursue my quest.

I think it is the lack statements like "Buy now and get free shipping" and other store like statements.

Also they type color is difficult to read. It is to light and the wrong color in my opinion. Also there is too much copy and the one thing that makes it look like a store is, products for sale, are below the bottom and you need to scroll to see them.

The site looks good, but great design with flash doesn't mean people will by. I would try a few changes, perhaps on separate landing pages and see what happens and tweak to get the best performance.

If I could change only 2 things it would be to cut the amount of copy and the color and move the products to the top. Okay so that's 3 things. Good luck.

You didn't mention this, but what is your bounce back rate?

Either you're getting the wrong traffic or people aren't interested in buying from you.

First, how are people clicking onto your site? If they're doing a search for "warner brothers collectibles" in Google, your site shows us, they click, then I'd expect that they'd see a shopping page for "warner brothers collectibles", not a generic shopping home page.

Where are people bouncing out - the home page, after looking around, or while trying to order (but giving up along the way)?

3 column websites are hard to make non-busy. I suggest that you change to a 2 column format, with more product info "above the scroll"

Also - add your contact information on the footer of all your pages.

Here is what I would do to increase conversions on your website:

    1) Remove the scrolling aminated image in the top middle of your page. You want to show people items to put in their cart the second they land on the page. This animation does not help people see what the site is about in 0.8 seconds, which is all the time you have.

    2) Remove this text at the top of the page. It distracts the user and hurts conversions and provides no value. "Please visit often as we will be opening new stores soon! Sit back, enjoy your shopping experience with Mall About Town, and have a blessed day! We are sure you will be satisfied, and we guarantee it, because at Mall About Town it’s “All About You.”

    3) With all this new space at the top of the page, create a set of links to your best product cetgories. Each link should have a text link that describes the category AND an IMAGE that represents the category. It can look similar to the featured items at the bottom of the page you have now.

    4) Replace the "news" on the right side of the page with some "featured items" or "sale items"

    5) Remove the "About" and Contact" links in your top horizontal navigation and add links to "Shop", "Sale items" and "Hot Sellers"

Finally, while you said your SEO is good, I think there are a bunch of ways you can improve your SEO and Internet presence. This report show that your are missing a 301 redirect and I think you could optimize your page title more (remove company name), among other things. https://www.websitegrader.com/wsgid/633243/default.aspx

Great stuff, well thought out. Good for us that you have a God given gift.
Even though it hurts a little, there were a lot of great suggestions. A new faster cart is in the works and the site will be changed to reflect most of these suggestions. We will post again after the changes are made and We will add a bonus.
    Thanks again.
