Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
I just started a new executive and management recruiting business with the name SearchPoint Partners, LLC and I'm in need of a tag line. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Pin pointing new talent

Pointing you to your new hire

    Pointing you to new talent

    Your tipping point of recruitment

Your tipping point of new hires

Your tipping point of new talent

Who is your target audience? What unique and important benefit do you offer your target audience? Why should they retain you, and not some other more-experienced recruiter? What makes you different from, and better than, your competition?

Thank you, Mikael! I do like those options. They're simple and to the point (no pun intended). I had originally wanted "point" in the tagline but then I read somewhere that you shouldn't include the same words from the company name in the tagline. Do you have an opinion about that?

Of your suggestions, I like "pointing you to new talent" the best. "Pinpoint" is great too and I hadn't thought of that.

My logo design is a half of a globe with an arrow finishing the circumference. So, some other options I thought of in the last hour are:

We get to the core of recruiting
    Precision in unearthing talent
    Serious about unearthing talent
    Precision in sourcing talent
Going great lengths to unearth talent

    Thank you so much!

mgoodman, my target audience is usually in the c-suite but can also be v-level executives or senior HR leaders. I offer retained and contingency recruiting services and I have the flexibility to be reasonably competitive with very little overhead. I have 11 years of experience in the industry with a track record of success including a number of "Presidential" awards. What makes me different is the fact that I put people first no matter what. I do not allow money to change the direction of my moral compass, period.

    Hi Monica,

Some random ideas during my lunch break...

    Award-Winning Recruitment Services.
    Award-Winning Executive Placement.
    Integrity, above all else.
    Experience. Integrity. Success.
It Starts and Ends with People.
    People Come First.

    Take care,
    Jim

Where talent, opportunity and integrity meet

Thank you all for your suggestions. I decided to combine Mikael''s with my own. My business name is SearchPoint Partners, LLC and my logo is a graph of the globe with a "searching" arrow circling it. So, for my tagline, I chose:

Going great lengths to pinpoint talent.
