What Happened To Profiles

I've been gone a few months and came back to reconnect during the holidays. Now my profile formerly Papadoc (Steve) has disappeared, login email is considered non-existant, and personal data has been deleted. AND I cannot get an email answered as to why. The only thing left is the 500+ questions that I've answered and no points left behind. If anyone can answer this problem, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Hi Steve. Sorry for your trouble. I asked Carrie to check into this. Do you know if you unsubscribed to MarketingProfs Today (our main newsletter) in the meantime? If you're a Basic (unpaid) member, this may have closed your MarketingProfs account. But no worries, we can reinstate it.

    Where did you write looking for help before? We're usually pretty good with service email. Sounds like your message may have been zapped by a filter. You should always be able to reach someone here within 48 hours via support@marketingprofs.com.

    Hiya Steve. Unfortunately, our Web email forms just redirect mail to our normal email accounts and/or to a ticket tracking system. So there's at least one spam filter in that process (maybe 2 or 3, depending on how that account is setup).

    My filters are set to be pretty open (enough so that I get 100 spam messages a day), but still I've been missing mail at one level or another on a regular basis. Annoying. I need to figure it out. Not sure about the exchange email acccount. I'll check into that too.

    If your newsletter bounced >6 times, I think our email service provider for our newsletter (Cheetahmail) would automatically unsubscribe you as part of their list-cleaning process. Once that happens, you'd lose your membership account. Carrie will help you reinstate it.

    Hi Steve

    i also noticed that you have not been participating for a while recently. but didnt realize this was happening. gives one a feeling being deleted in Matrix-like world!!!

    i am sure Val, Carrie and others at MP KHE will investigate this issue.
