Email Newsletter/postcards

I need to improve our email marketing. We are in need of a program that helps prepare emails, which could bee seen immediately after they arrive in In Box of the customer. In other words, they do not require an extra step to either download the content, or a link to go to another website. In the past, we have developed HTML postcards to do that. Is there aprogram that would facilitate the pocess to achieve this effect?

I'm not sure what you're asking...

You're already developing HTML postcards and sending those by email, which is great. Are you saying you wish that recipients didn't have to download images to see these postcards in full color?

If so, two possible solutions are to (1) work to have your sending email address or domain whitelisted by the recipient and (2) consider using a service like ReturnPath to "certify" your email (if it qualifies), as this service will put your email to the inbox with images and links enabled in places like Hotmail, Yahoo, and Comcast, among others.

Does that address the question, or did I miss what you're talking about?

    Thanks,

    Paul

If you are talking about having to download graphics, many do that, both to save space on emails and to provide a way to know how many people opened the email. But beyond the graphics, the main message/text should all appear right away in the email.

Many small companies seem to like the service offered by Constant Contact. www.constantcontact.com
