Need Help-ideas For Name/tagline For New Gift Shop

Okay a friend and I have been in business separately for several years, we recently opened a store front together and are trying to come up with a new business name so we run the store and website under one name. We do embroidery and vinyl (personalization, wall vinyl, monogramming) work as well as a line of home fragrances (candles, oils, etc), we do lots of personalization and monogramming on just about anything so it's pretty much a gift shop. We operate in Bartlett, TN (suburb of Memphis), the business names we have been using separately are Designs by Daffy and L&T Gifts and Creations. One name I had come up with is Younique Gifts, but by it's self the web address is taken and I want to make sure it's simple, but memorable and the web address is simple as well. Any ideas out there???? We need to decide quickly so any help will be greatly appreciated. Utilizing a combination of our initials has been an option as well (MM and TL).

    So the name Younique Gifts isn't so...well...unique. Ironic.

    How about Daffy Gifts, LTD? The initials would be legal, of course, but you could *pretend* they were yours all mixed up. That way no initials AND a legal agreement, per Phil, and both are excellent nuggets of advice. (Please consult a lawyer, as I have only a passing appreciation for what LTD means and you may well need some other arrangement.)

    I'll try to give this more thought and come back with better ideas later.

    Good advice thanks, an LLC is probably the best option from what I have been researching, so I already had plans to contact my prepaid legal to file the paperwork, my membership cuts the cost in half. The Daffy Gifts is a good idea, I don't know though. I'm still open for suggestions, but that's a good start for sure :)

    For a new gift shops, you tend to find that location based.

    So how about "Bartlett Gifts" or maybe incorporate the name of the street you are on!

    Is there anyone famous from there that it can be named after. Or suggest an old family name to suggest heritage "Aunt xx Fine Gifts", "Grandma xx Giftshop" etc etc
