Tagline For My Medical Billing Company

I know there are question existing like this one but I haven't found "the one" yet.

I need a tagline for my medical billing company. PhyBus, LLC is my name, short for Physician Business. My employees are a gathering of accountants and finance folks that look at a practice or healthcare facility in a manner that I believe my competitors don't. We approach our revenue cycle management with a higher set of standards and this simple results in more revenue for our clients. I would say that our business principles are that our clients can depend on accurate, efficient, fast and thorough medical billing.

I guess what I am trying to say is that I want something that when a physician or healthcare facility manager walks by they read it and say, "I bet they are good at what they do just because they are trained".

    Your tagline is going to need to tell people what you do before you can dramatize the benefit. That's because the name doesn't communicate anything useful by itself. PhyBus doesn't mean anything unless/until you explain it. It's more likely to have people scratch their heads and wonder what a phybus is.

    So let's start by defining the target audience. Where do they live/work? How are they doing it now? What is their greatest pain point? How do they deal with matters like this? What are their attitudes, values, needs, etc.?

    Then articulate the unique and important benefit you deliver for them. How are THEY better off when you've worked your magic? What's in it for them to hire you? The fact that you're accurate and efficient are not benefits; they're generic features in your business. How are you different from, and better than, your competition?

    Fantastic input already and thank you! Let me hopefully answer your questions:

    Target Market? – We have two lines of business that we are targeting.

    First is the healthcare facility world, mainly ASC facilities. These have traditionally handled their billing internally but the trend has been heading towards outsourcing. Our ownership has a long history in the ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) space and our founder is considered by many a pioneer in this world.

    Second we have gathered a few clients that have their own practice. We are currently billing for a variety of specialties so we have not zeroed in on any one area.

    Where do they live/work? – Our corporate office is in Nashville, TN however, we have clients in a few different states.

    How are they doing it now? – Most are handling their billing internally. Usually by a retired nurse, the physicians wife or a medical biller that has worked their way up. Typically these people have very little professional finance or accounting training.

    What is their greatest pain point? – I assume you are referring to the decision makers and their greatest pain point is simple. They are not receiving enough cash collections. Their reimbursements are being squeezed by insurance companies and the federal government and this leads to a greater need for a more sophisticated billing and collection process.

    How do they deal with this? – Generally they don’t deal with it, however with the decrease in reimbursements they have to start.

    How are they better off? – Because of the level of training, education and experience we have I believe our clients are better off because they see more dollars. They see this because we approach our industry in a direction that a CFO would with their business.

    What’s in it for them? – More Money
