Catchy names do not attract attention. Interest in the promised result is what attracts attention. "Catchy" is not a sales strategy, but relevance is. What EXACTLY are you offering people? I'm asking this because the invitational phrase " to get in shape" is a little vague, whereas "lose 15 lb before Christmas" speaks of a specific goal.

Where will this training be offered? In person (one-on-one); In a group? Online? Via DVD? When it comes to your sales path and engineering the decisions and reasons why to drive sales, these things make a difference to people's willingness to make decisions.

Thanks for the advise Gary. Our main goal was to jump start beginners before the new year. That way they can already feel the good effects of working out by the holidays and keep going into the new year.

Gary is correct...who/what/when/where are pertinent to your potential customers. i.e. Is the a ease-into beginning program from Christmas to New Years...think from your customers eyes
