So tell me "Mr. or Ms. BIGG STUFF", (lol) why does geniune encouragement "really matter" to your Customer or Client?
Or on the (flip side) Why could your customers or clients really give a hoot about your encouragement?
I like flip sides because it helps me stay open to other points of views. It doesn't mean that I agree or disagree. It's kinda like the old 33 or the 45 LP, If you didn't like one side of the record you'd "flip it" (no pun intended here). Does Hallmark know something we don't?
