Name & Tagline For A Healthcare Company

This is with respect the rebranding exercise for my company in India.We have a chain of clinics and hospital and we are specialized in Cardiac Non-Invasive treatments. The brand we have right now is very much community specific and does not have an International appeal. So we have though to go for rebranding hence suggest Name as well as tagline.

We have thought over of naming the company brand and want to give a tagline for the same. Little background about my company and the TG is as below.
.
1. What difference we want to make in people’s lives?
Ans: Stand for cardiac care and building heart health thereby improving quality of life of people falling under the cardiac care spectrum.

2. In whose lives? (TG)
Ans: In the lives of people belonging to
o Middle class and upper middle class Population In India

o With at least one person in the household being graduation +

o In the age-group of 35 yrs +

3. Why are we the right choice to make this difference?

Ans: Be seen as a multidisciplinary, result oriented, innovative and non-invasive entity catering to cardiac care in the healthcare delivery space.

We have thought over of following names:

Cardiosmart

HeartSmart

CardioMed

Inspiron

Hearton

Apexbeat

Please suggest more....

Tagline we have thought of is

1.Integrating Therapies. Strengthening hearts.

2. Advancing In Cardiac Care

    Can you be a bit more specific about: who specifically are your clients (are they already under the care of a physician who's diagnosed them, their health status, their income level, etc.), why they'd choose your organization (what do you offer that's better/different from your competition), and why they should trust their lives to you?

    who specifically are your clients My clients are cardiac patients who are either at risk (diagnosed with BP, Diabetes , Hypertension, Obesity etc) or People in Risk (Who have done there an-geography ) or People who are into rehab (Post angioplasty or bypass). We have qualified doctors under which the treatment take place . The Patients are mostly from middle class family (Yearly Income of INR 2,50,000/- to 3,50,000/-) why they'd choose your organization (what do you offer that's better/different from your competition) we have copyrighted therapy which has been already published in world Cardiology Journal, Lancet Journal etc. and we have treated more than 1 lac patients in last 8 years through our 175 clinics and 4 hospitals. 70% of our patients have come through word of mouth only as our therapy has already worked for them.

    A little known fact about me: I work a couple days a week as a cardiac RN at a local heart hospital. The hospital was recently awarded a position by Consumer Reports as one of the Top 10 Hospitals in the US. This is just something I do to keep up my licenses, justify my college education, bring in a healthy back-up income, and because I have 20+ years medical experience -so I kinda like it! I help people solve problems. This is my brand. It's what I do.

    Anyway, I have a few questions:

    1. You state your company specializes in non-invasive cardiovascular treatment. What is it? Physical Cardiac Rehab? Naturopathy? Dietary supplement? Prescription drugs? Radiology?

    -Knowing more about the therapy will help me devise an appropriate name.

    2. What is the purpose or goal you hope to reach by changing your name/upgrading your brand? Is something not working well? Are you wanting to broaden your reach internationally?

    -You mentioned your current name has more of a community focus and lacks international appeal. Yet your target demographic is specific to India. Are there plans to go international? If so, in what way? More clinics? Online sales? Program implementation in cardiac clinics and hospitals?

    I will be looking for your response.

    wow, It was great to know about your background.

    We use Ayurveda, Diet therapy, Physiotherapy, Yoga & Meditation .

    www.madhavbaug.org will give you the complete knowhow of my organisation.

    Purpose:
    India is big country and today we are present only in one state still there are 28 states we have to target in next few years. The name "Madhavbaug" suits the IPD model where the hospital is situated in the Mango Garden ... Madhav was the name of very renowned Ayurvedic Doctor in Maharashtra.He is the father of our Chairman from which the name came.

    Yes we will go in future on international level but we are still in process of registering our therapies under National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM). We are also going to focus on Medical Tourism which is going to be our major focus area.

    If your brand name is known and working locally, then switching to something completely different is a very large risk, particularly as your existing name is part of the heritage and reputation of the company. It would be far simpler to extend the name:

    Madhav International Heart Care Centres

    Actually we are not thinking of changing the name totally. There are two models we are working on. one is Hospital Model which is situated in 3 acres of land full of nature, there 'MadhavBaug' name suits as Baug meaning 'garden' . But the clinic model is situated within city approx 1500 sq ft in a building where there is no nature advantage. so we are thinking of calling it lets say Cardiosmart Clinics "Initiative from the House of Madhavbaug" so we wont lose out on legacy aspect.
